This offer is made possible thanks to our network of strategically located warehouses close to our suppliers exclusively in Asia, allowing for efficient logistics and a reduced environmental impact.

Delivery Methods

Delivery is made directly to your home. If your mailbox is large enough, the package will be left there. Otherwise, you will receive a delivery notice or an SMS informing you of the arrangements to collect your package at the post office or a nearby relay point. Don't forget to leave us your phone number when placing your order.

Delivery Times

Our products will reach you within 2 to 3 weeks, with an average of 15 days. Exceptional circumstances beyond our control may sometimes extend this period.

For orders with tracking options, you will be informed by email at each stage of the delivery process:

  • Shipment
  • In transit
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered or available at a relay point

You can track your order at any time on our website.

Multiple Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Rest assured that all will arrive as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items in certain cases. If you wish to replace your item, please send us an email at Contact@ombreinterieur.fr

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Right of Withdrawal

We understand that you might change your mind after making a purchase. We want to offer you some flexibility.

Return Policy

You have the right to notify us of your intention to return a product within 14 days of its receipt. Please note that this cooling-off period complies with legal withdrawal requirements.

  • Returns for Defects : If the received item has a defect, the return notification must be made within the legal period of 14 days after its receipt. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return of the item concerned.

Return Conditions

  • Return Shipping Costs : Unless a defect or malfunction is found upon receipt, return shipping costs will be at your expense.

  • Promotional Items : Products purchased on sale are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

  • Customized Products : Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of a defect found within 14 days of delivery. After this period, no returns will be accepted for these specific products.

  • Color Variation : Please note that minor color variations between our product photos and their actual appearance may occur due to differences in screen settings. These slight variations are not considered a defect and do not justify a refund.
  • Reason : We require a valid reason to process a return.
  • Your Error : If an error is on your part, any refund request will be refused.
  • Modification : Once the manufacturing of your order has begun, any modification or refund will be refused.
  • Conditions : We require clear photos of your products on a curtain rod, along with the reason for your return request.
